ALTAR SOCIETY: Members are responsible for all aspects of the preparation and decoration of the church for our liturgies and celebrations, especially at Christmas and Easter. Each Society member has two monthly altar duty assignments throughout the year. Two members are on duty each month and they can work separately or as a team. The Altar Society meets in October, February, and May on the first Thursday. The only requirement to join us is a desire to keep the altar beautiful for God and his people. Contact: Pat Farmer
EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF HOLY COMMUNION (Communion Ministers): EMHCs are laypeople, approved by the pastor, who are trained to assist in the distribution of the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass, to our homebound and to those in the hospital. GREETERS: Greeters welcome regular parish members and visitors with a smile as they arrive at the doors – offering a friendly greeting and making them feel welcome. They distribute hymnals and aid in giving information, and direction to church facilities and services. Contact: Praxi V. Belandres
LECTORS: Lectors are trained to proclaim the first and second readings from scripture at Mass. Contact: Corinne Remy
Legion of Mary:
MARY’S CHAPEL SOCIETY: Members care for Our Lady of Grace Chapel, decorating, arranging flowers when needed, and cleaning. They help with the crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary on her feast days and holy days. Members and parishioners pray the Holy Rosary at the chapel every First Saturday of the month after the 5:00 p.m. Mass. Contact: Luz Cunanan
MUSICIANS and CHOIR MEMBERS: Parish musicians help lead the congregation in song to enhance our liturgical celebrations. Singers and instrumentalists are needed and welcomed!

USHERS: Ushers are men and women who help seat parishioners, direct parents to the cry room, assist those bringing up the Offertory gifts, ensure the orderly flow of communicants, and distribute bulletins at the doors after Mass. Contact: Kenneth King
WEEKEND CHURCH OFFICE HELPERS: Church office helpers staff the office and assist parishioners with registration forms, Mass intentions, and answering questions after all weekend Masses.
